The Jerusalem Botanical Gardens conducts research in the
fields of botany, education, community involvement and
conservation. Our goals are to enhance public awareness
through education, and save locally indigenous plants. Out
of 2850 Israeli plants, 300 are endangered. The Jerusalem
Botanical Gardens has designed a special program to rescue
and
shelter Israeli endangered species. Every year more plant
types are under risk, due to vast urbanization.

Your support will help The Jerusalem
Botanical Gardens to
secure our future,
fulfill our mission, and continue to
promote
the beauty and preservation of Israel.
