The Wondrous Mechanics of Plants

09 Apr

To survive, man starts changing his environment, making it more habitable. By building tools for drawing water, mining for metals, construction, and even inventing things such as sunscreens, man has managed to overcome the conditions of his environment.

What about plants? They just stand there… they don’t move.

We invite you to the Botanical Gardens for hands-on research to discover how plants draw water, “mine” for minerals, and cope with the hot sun.

We will tour the gardens riding the Flower Train, with a creative workshop as our final destination. Each child will go home with a special souvenir they make on their own.
