In the picture you can see Centranthus longiflorus. note its long single stamen, that gave it its hebrew name – one-stamen. it grows in Mount Hermon.
another Centranthus species you can find in Israel is Centranthus ruber which is a naturalized species that escaped gardening in the Jerusalem area.
